We are professionals

Our core activity areas include full-cycle construction projects (from idea to key), as well as new construction, reconstruction and repairs. Particular specialization in the construction of industrial sites. Extensive experience in the construction of public and multi-apartment buildings.

Maintenance and service

We carry out maintenance services for both our own built facilities and the existing facilities of new customers (heating, ventilation, cooling systems, water supply, sewerage, wiring and automation systems).

Torverk industrial gates

We are the official representative of the Swedish industrial gate manufacturer Torverk in Latvia, providing prompt delivery and assembly, as well as guarantees and non-warranty services

Construction of Rimi Drive shelter started at Spice

Year 2021 started with construction works at the site “Reconstruction of the Shopping Mall in Jaunmoku Street 21, Riga”, ordered by Plesko Real Estate. It is planned to build Rimi Drive shelter, which includes both general construction works and rebuilding of engineering networks.
