In the framework of “Dobeles dzirnavnieks” project “Creating the infrastructure for the full realization cycle of BIO grains, creating high added value and profitability in the long-term development of the Latvian BIO industry”, we have launched the general construction work at the AS “Dobeles dzirnavnieks” facilities “The construction of BIO humid grain silos” and “The construction of BIO grain silos”.
In the framework of the project, by the end of 2020, it is planned to create the infrastructure for the largest biological grain full processing cycle in the Baltics, including a laboratory, towers for receiving of biological grains, pre-treatment, first processing technology and storage, as well as a separate production plant for organic cereal flakes. The project is supported by the Ministry of Agriculture and the Rural Support Service.
