We have completed construction works at the object “Construction of a new production building and infrastructure” in Smiltene upon SIA “Artex Latvia” order. The object has been built using ERAF funding. Services provided by PK serviss – general contractor services.
New four-storey production building, internal and external engineering networks and the elevator have been built and improvement works have been carried out within the project.
The textile and clothing company SIA “Artex Latvia” in Smiltene employs about 100 people. The company is developing and trying to compete new niches, such as the development of aircraft magazine bags and life vest bags, as well as sewing of aircraft leather seats covers.
