ABOUT THE COMPANY
The construction company Ltd. “PK serviss” was founded on April 19, 2004, formed from the Swedish-Latvian construction works joint venture “J.O.Z. PEAB Group”, while maintaining management, personnel and quality traditions. The execution of various scale and specialization projects, together with Scandinavian partners, provided invaluable experience in the work of the general contractor.
The company’s board member, Karlis Plensners (Kārlis Plensners), has developed the company consistently throughout these years, ensuring quality construction projects for his long-term partners. Without experienced and highly qualified construction project managers and specialists and their team of construction workers, it would be more difficult to execute. The company cares not only about customers, but also its employees, as evidenced by the gained recognition from the Ministry of Economics for the support for the conclusion of the general construction agreement and the investment in creating fair competition in the industry.

The quality management system of Ltd. “PK serviss” is assessed in accordance with the requirements of standard ISO 9001: 2015, in the following areas: performance and management of general construction works, technical servicing of heating, ventilation, water supply, sewerage, wiring systems.
In 2018, the Baltic Environment Consulting Company Ltd. “Estonian, Latvian & Lithuanian Environment” carried out an environmental management system assessment of Ltd. “PK serviss” and confirmed in its opinion that the environmental management system has been established in accordance with the requirements of LVS EN ISO 14001: 2017 standard “Environmental Management System”.
